A good cheatday

Had a good cheat day if you look at the numbers

I had toast for breakfast, tater tots and ketchup for lunch, and potatoes with gravy for dinner
Snacks during the day was: watermelon, potato chips and ice cream

Even after all this I lost 300 grams so I'm now at 6.4kilos total or 14 pounds :)
